So happy this week to host a session with Tara Pobouda’s Monday night group at Pure Essence in Traverse City. I thought we’d try some meditation-related techniques that can be powerful demonstrations of the energies at work within our selves, the energies that can be accessed and altered by certain conscious practices.
No belief or faith is necessary if you can directly sense and feel that which we are attempting to reach through meditation.
Tonight’s practices:
- AUM mantra x 21
- Sukha Kriya alternate nostril breathing
- 4-2-5-2 long exhale gentle breathing, watching the breath
- 61-point Sushanti
When done all together, and together in a group, these practices can lead to surprising experiences and sensations. That’s our goal here, to surprise you with a new sensation and thereby arouse an interest and motivation to learn more.
